Pollena’s success in the highly competitive real estate marketplace stems from her strong business background. Formerly one of the youngest Partners of J. Walter Thompson Advertising in New York, Pollena fine-tuned her marketing and sales, negotiating and people skills early on. Her experience in Account Management helping to run Fortune 500 Client advertising portfolios of $30-$50 million dollars and managing relationships between client and creative provided her with a strong basis upon entering the Larchmont real estate world in 1996.

Pollena graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. As a result of her education and travel abroad, she speaks conversational Spanish.Pollena and her husband Bill, whose family lived in Larchmont for three generations, reside in Larchmont Manor with their two children, Natalie (17) and Nolan (14). She is active in local community affairs and well versed in the school offerings.
